Ronanne DeRosa, Owner: Ronanne began her gymnastic career at Barnstormers in the early 80's coached by Tom Murphy and Steve Stein. Ronanne attended the University of Maryland on a full gymnastic scholarship where she had a very successful career. She was the first individual qualifier to NCAA nationals from the University of Maryland and still the only Regional event champion for Vault. After college she was a member of Anti-Gravity in New York City, a professional gymnastic company. She has coached preschool, recreation, and competitive gymnastics and trained state champions and championship teams. Ronanne is the former Head Varsity Coach at Red Bank Catholic High School, was named the 2014 NJ State Coach of the Year and the 2015 Jersey Sporting News Female Coach Of The Year. Under her 7 year tenure RBC won 3 State Championships and 5 Shore Conference and Sectional Championships. Ronanne has used her extensive knowledge and experience in the sport of gymnastics to create an exceptional gymnastics training center here at Barnstormers. She is a proud mom of 2 children, Anthony, current student and baseball player at Rutgers University, and Skyla who is currently attending the College of Charleston.

Kathy Alter - Class and Team Conditioning Coach / Social Media

Kathy is a passionate and motivational Personal Trainer, TRX instructor and running coach. She was an outstanding two sport athlete in high school and Texas Christian University where she attended college. (basketball and track). She brings an outstanding knowledge of sports conditioning to all Barnstormers classes. Her passion is to make fitness an integral part of one's daily lifestyle while developing self-confidence and poise which will filter into all areas of her gymnasts lives. She strives to make classes fun while emphasizing strong minds and strong bodies.

Dave Feeney - Recreational Class and Team Coach

Dave is a graduate of Rumson Fair Haven '82, Cornell undergrad '86 and Cornell Law School '89. He was a member of the Cornell gymnastic team that won the 1983, 1984 and 1986 Ivy League Championship. Dave was inducted into the Cornell Athletics Hall of Fame in 1998. Dave had a very successful gymnastic career, winning numerous State, Regional and National titles. He won the 1985 North Atlantic Gymnastic League all around where he still holds the high score all time record and was a member of the US National Developmental Team.
Dave graduated from Cornell Law School and has been successfully practicing law for 29 years. He has just recently moved back to the area after raising 2 amazing children. His love for the sport and experience are evident in his coaching style.
Pam Ferry - Team Coach

Pam started her gymnastics career at the age of 10 under the watch of Steve Stein and Tom Murphy and is a Barnstormer team alumni. She was awarded a full gymnastics scholarship to Kent State University. In addition to coaching at Barnstormers, her past experience includes coaching at Berks and International Gymnastics Camps. She was the Director of Gymnastics at Camp Arrowhead. Pam brings 25+ years coaching experience to Barnstormers and has transformed many gymnasts lives in classes and competitively through her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and passion for the sport. She is the proud Mom of 3 great children.
Olivia Garvin - Recreational Class Coach
"I decided to coach because I love the sport of gymnastics and after finishing my competitive career I wanted to stay involved. I hop that my knowledge and experience can help the children I teach and help them love the sport as much as I do".
Olivia started gymnastics at the age of 4 and was a highly competitive gymnast for 12 years. She was coached in her early competitive years by Ronanne DeRosa. She is a senior at Middletown South High School where she is a member of the gymnastic team and a 4 year varsity letter winner.
Alison Lang - Recreational Class and Team Coach
Lily Raymond - Recreational Class and Team Coach
Lily is a senior at Red Bank Catholic High School. Lily began her gymnastic career at Barnstormers and was a member of the first team at Barnstormers after current owner, Ronanne DeRosa, took over. She competed USAIGC and was a level 9 USAG gymnast. She was a member of the Red Bank Catholic Gymnastic team that won 2 state titles. Her competitive experience and extensive knowledge of the sport shows when coaching.
